Welcome back! Now the road to greatness isn’t going to be easy. But in my opinion its easy to break down you fitness and health goals into 3 key ingredients that are going to get you fit and in shape and they are; exercise, nutrition and mindset. When you put the 3 ingredients together you going to get the recipe for fitness success. Over the past 12 months I’ve created a resource of websites in each of these 3 areas. They have helped me, and I’m sure they can help you too. So read on…
Okay lets start with the bit that people usually underestimate – mindset. Even with all the willpower in the world, if your mind isn’t in the right place your going to struggle from the off. Below are a selection of my favourite websites that I use to help get me in the right frame of mind, and keep me there!

Similar in content to Men health and the information there is just as good. My favourite element of the site is being able to use their menu to target a particular body part. I’m totally down with the quote “You Can’t Out-Train A Bad Diet”. I know from first hand experience that you can’t just eat what you like just because your training everyday. Whilst it does provide you with some room for treats if your passionate about getting fit and healthy you have to focus on the final ingredient – nutrition. My life philosophy is Nutrition 80/20; 80% of the time I eat healthy, 20% of the time I eat what I want (within reason). The websites below are going to help educate you about food and provide you with tools and recipes that you can use whilst eating healthy.
