In The Beginning…
If you’re wondering why I created Home Gym Junkie, then here’s a brief history. Back in 2012 I was struggling with my fitness goals. I’d recently had an operation and was trying to find the motivation to get back to fitness. I stumbled across the Shaun T Insanity Workout DVD and since then I’ve been hooked on working out from home. I lost 3 stone and I’m back to feeling happy about myself. I wanted to share my experiences of working out from home and prove that you don’t need a flashy gym membership to get in shape.
The plan for this site is to help others realise their fitness potential by providing information and guidance about fitness, exercise, diet and mindset. And to achieve all this from the comfort of your own home. I’m not some fitness industry expert that is trying to flog you their product, i’m just a regular guy with a passion for fitness. I hope to help you achieve your fitness goals along the way.
